Architecture A la Carte
Do you have some specific task that you need done for your project? Perhaps field measuring, inputting CAD files, or help with fabric selection? If so we would be happy to help and can work within your budget. Examples of a la carte services include:
• Architecture and Landscape Design
• Interior Design, Furniture Design, Lighting Design
• Sketch Designs: Drawings of what of your finished home might look like.
• 3-D Digital Rendering: These visually demonstrate how the finished home would look once the design is carried out, allowing you to “walk through” it.
• Field measuring & floor plans: Allows you to see what you have to work with and can be provided both digitally and physically.
• Help selecting a builder, contractor or other specialist: You can save substantial headaches and money by utilizing our 30 years of experience and relationships in the industry.
• Green Services: We can make specific recommendations on appliances, solar and structural choices, and provide information on rebate programs and other ecological/economic savings.
• HOA and Design Review Committee Coordination: Become your agent in delivering required documents and working with the HOA and/or DOA to secure approval of designs.
• City & County Permit/Requirements Coordination: utilize our expertise with one of the most stressful,
demanding, exacting and vital aspects of your project. We become your agents in delivering required documents and working with governing municipality to secure approval of your home design. This would include common review processes such as Site Plan Review and Building Permit Review.
