This urban loft remodel was completed for a longtime client in a new building adjacent to Coors Field in downtown Denver. The Brown's were downsizing from their home and Mark Queripel was tasked with designing an exciting "wow" space for entertaining and relaxing. With large windows and outdoor balconies wrapping all three sides, the loft space is flooded with light and views of downtown and the Rocky Mountains. The clients wanted a warm yet contemporary space, so a rich cherry wood was chosen for the floor and cabinets; while a warm douglas fir was used on the ceilings. The large "L-shaped" main living area contain the kitchen, dining, living rooms and an open office/library. In addition, there is a luxury master suite and two bedrooms and baths. The client was thrilled with the results of their "little loft" remodel.
